TIFF UNLIMITED — Communication

 

Love cinema

TIFF Unlimited is the streaming platform of TIFF, the biggest international film festival in Romania. Launched in June 2019, the new service gives cinema lovers an easy way to continue the festival experience at home, online. In October of the same year, we helped with this communication idea that would introduce the service to the public and announce its ready-to-use mobile and TV apps.

‘Love cinema, watch TIFF Unlimited’ is a kind invitation to subscribe and binge, evoking what the brand stands for and appealing to a sense of community. We looked for something simple and captivating that works well with the ‘unlimited’ in the name. We couldn’t have been more delighted to see a Hye idea projected on a big wide screen at Cinema Victoria in Cluj, our second home.

Starting from the identity made by Andrei Pastuhov, we developed the beginning of a communication platform. With the Love-Watch copywriting scheme and an extended style of the Neue Plak type family, we created a simple rule to make endless visuals for social media. A handy mechanism to tease people about the goodies available, from acclaimed auteur films to arthouse gems.
